Yoga is the integration of body, breath and mind... I really didn't understand this until I tried it for myself. I invite you to give me the opportunity to teach you what I have experienced and help take you along a new pathway.
There are so many benefits: 
  • For the body: it helps to bring strength; balance, suppleness and improves posture. 
  • For the mind: it helps to bring; inner calm, you see things more rationally, can lower blood pressure, reduces stress and most of all it give us good overall health.​​

For most of my friends who know me, I go by the name of Sandie rather than Sandra. I've been practicing yoga for twelve years and yoga has become a part of my life with both the physical practice and the mind... sharing and spreading the light with love.
