There are many different types of breathing exercises, ultimately and more importantly the breath quietens the mind and is the link between the mind and body. This workshop will give you the tools to understand how your breathing connects with calming your mind and improving on your well-being. We will talk about the different types of breathing and their benefits, how to practice them and how to continue doing the breathing exercises regularly and daily.
I hope when you leave the workshop you will take away with you every day practices to take you that little bit further on your journey of feeling relaxed and content.

This is a workshop to understand how to cultivate your own practice, so questions run through your mind: when you get on your mat, what do you do? What poses (asanas) do I choose? It will help you how to go about your day today without your mat... yoga isn't just about the physical practice, it can teach you how to cope with other personal challenges, so this workshop is about you...
